The combined top and bottom floors offer guests a total of five bedrooms and four full bathrooms, including a private, enclosed outdoor bathroom with shower perfect for freshening up after a day at the beach. This adorable beach cottage will offer guests a great experience while vacationing on Tybee. The home is located on beautiful 2nd Avenue, which is Tybee Island's bike path, so be sure to bring your own bicycles, or plan on renting them while visiting - this is the best way to see all of Tybee! You will also be just a short stroll from the beach which is only The nearest beach access is only 2.5 blocks away.

This cottage is a stunning mix of old Tybee with new awesome updates! The beachy decor and cool color palettes create such a fun living space. The cottage offers two separate living spaces which are perfect for multi-family vacations or reunions on Tybee. The ground level apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom and can sleep up to 6. The kitchen and bathroom were fully renovated and are brand new for 2017! The kitchen has a range and oven, as well as a microwave and an apartment-sized refrigerator/freezer. There is a King bed with a TV in the first bedroom and a flat-screen TV, and two Queen beds in the second bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area with a Flat Screen TV.

The upstairs of the cottage has a newly reconstructed second-story front porch, which welcomes guests with a relaxing porch swing, reminding you of days of old. Inside, guests step into the rich, warm Tybee Island cottage feel. The open dining and living area are tastefully appointed with comfortable seating. The 60-inch smart TV is ready for your viewing pleasure. The dining table seats 6. The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances, including a dishwasher and everything you will need for entertaining or sharing a meal with the family.

The upstairs offers three bedrooms and 2 full baths. The first bedroom has a King bed and a flat-screen TV. The second guest room has two Queen Beds, to accommodate up to 4 guests and a flat-screen TV. There is a newly updated bathroom which has a beautiful vanity and a claw foot bathtub/shower located next to these bedrooms. The third bedroom has twin bunks and an adjoining brand new bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. There is also a washer and dryer for guest use. There is also a small back deck just off the kitchen, where you can have your morning coffee and plan your day's events. This cottage is nicely appointed and welcomes guests with a feeling of warmth and comfort.

The backyard of the home is only partially fenced. This home is pet-friendly. There is a total of four reserved off-street parking spaces for guest use and Wifi is available. This home is pet-friendly with an additional fee.
