Wild Palms

Wild Palms is a beautiful home in a quiet island neighborhood, located within a short distance to Tybee's Jaycee Park. Take a dip in the afternoon in the large private pool, and enjoy the spacious backyard, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach! Stylish furnishings, large decks and wonderfully landscaped courtyard surrounding the pool.

As with many Tybee homes, the home is built off the ground, with the main entrance on the second level of the home. Upon entering the home, guests are greeted with an open floor plan with a large living area that offers a Queen-size sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The open kitchen and dining area are perfect for entertaining guests and hosting family meals at the table. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. Enjoy a casual outdoor living space on the screened porch, located on the front of the house, just off the living room. This is a perfect place to enjoy the Tybee Breezes in the evenings.

The main level bedrooms include a Master bedroom with a King-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen Size Bed and a TV. Just off the hall is a full bathroom with tub and shower combination.

The second floor of the home has the true master with a King size bed and a TV and access to an outdoor balcony from the bedroom. The balcony overlooks the large backyard and pool area. The master bathroom has a walk in shower The second guest bedroom upstairs, just next to the master is the bunk room with twin bunk beds, perfect for kids.

Wild Palms is located about 1/2 a mile, 11 minutes walk from the nearest beach access, in a quiet neighborhood. Many extras...DVD and video collection, games, WIFI, books, and more. Walking distance to Jaycee Park, restaurants, and shopping. The closest beach access is approximately 1/2 mile from the home. Parking for 4. No pets please.
