The large 3 story home features a 2 car garage and entry foyer on the main level, an elevator for easy access, and the living space and kitchen on the top floor for maximum views from the deck. The spacious living area is comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa and has a large flat-screen TV. The dining table seats 6 with 3 additional seats at the bar in the spectacular kitchen, and 2 additional bar seats at the kitchen island. The kitchen will wow you with its granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinetry. There is also a Wetbar with a sink and wine cooler.


The Master Bedroom has a King bed and 42" flat-screen TV. Adjoining Master Bath features his and her sinks, vanity, a Jacuzzi tub, and separate shower. The 2nd Master has a Queen Bed, 32" flat-screen TV, and the adjoining bath features a large walk-in shower. The other King guest bedroom also a flat-screen TV and a private bath.
