Both bedrooms are furnished with 32in flat-screen TVs and there is a full bath located on the floor along with a laundry area with full-sized washer and dryer. The next level offers an open floor plan kitchen, living, and dining area which opens onto a nice sized screened porch. The kitchen has been updated and offers bar seating for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a Keurig coffee maker for easy brewing. The dining area table can seat 8. The living area is comfortably furnished and includes a queen sleeper sofa and a 52in flat-screen TV and BluRay player. The screened porch is a great outdoor living space that is nicely furnished and includes extra dining space for 6 along with lounge seating. There are also stairs off the porch to the ground level patio and small fenced backyard which includes a patio table and a gas grill for cookouts.


The top floor of the home is the master suite which is furnished with a King bed, 32in flat-screen TV, and offers an attached private bath and a furnished balcony.
