The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a smart TV. Smart TV's are perfect for enjoying streaming programming, simply log into your own online entertainment streaming accounts. An additional full bath is located in the hall. The balcony is furnished with a table with seating for 4.

Located 2 buildings back from the main beach, Tybee Sands offers a great location at a wonderful price. This condo is about 75 yards from the main beach and within easy walking distance to the Tybee pier, restaurants, and shopping. Shared outside shower great for rinsing off the sand after a swim or stroll along the beach. Perfect location for Tybee’s fireworks shows and numerous special events like the Pirate Fest and Festival of the Arts. Assigned covered parking for 2 vehicles.
