Tybee Place 102 is a 3 bedroom condo located in near all the action on the South end of Tybee. This building is located less than 1 block to the main beach, pier, restaurants, and shopping! Be steps away from all the action, and enjoy all the beach activities by day, and relax and unwind after a day at the beach with all the comforts of home.

This condo has been completely updated and welcomes up to 8 guests. Enjoy the open floor plan with a living area with a sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV. The large dining table seats up to 8, and the open kitchen is a great space for coming together to prepare delicious meals. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes granite counter-tops, a dishwasher, and breakfast bar seating for 3. The living room opens to a private furnished balcony for enjoying the fresh Tybee Breeze.

The Master bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and a flat-screen tv. The attached master bathroom has a tub and shower combination. The two guest bedrooms are each equipped with Queen beds, and both have TVs. The shared guest bathroom in the hall has a walk-in shower.

Garage Parking for up to 2 cars. A great extra amenity is the private gas grill, situated in the garage area, which is reserved just for your use. This condo also comes equipped with WIFI/Wireless High-Speed Internet. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Pet-friendly for one (1) adult dog weighing 30lbs or less for an additional fee.
