Enjoy great views of the Atlantic Ocean and pools from Tybee Beach Club 132, a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the top floor of the Tybee Beach Club building at Beachside Colony. This modern condo offers an open living room area with ocean views, dining table seating for 4 and bar with seating for 2. The kitchen offers granite counters and all stainless appliances along with a stackable washer and dryer. There is also a queen sleeper sofa as an extra sleeping option. The furnished balcony located off the living area offers great views of the courtyard, community pools, and ocean. Direct beach access is located just steps away, just past the pool area which also offers outdoor showers.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed, flat-screen TV and an attached bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and offers access to the second full bath with tub and shower which is also accessible from the hall. WIFI Internet is available for guest use. This condo is pet-friendly for one well-behaved adult dog, extra fee applies.

This condo is located on the third (top) floor of the Tybee Beach Club building of the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to the three pools. Guests will have two covered garage parking spaces, beach access and an on-site restaurant, The Deck. This building is handicap friendly with elevator access. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground for kids, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.


Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity. Pet-friendly with an additional fee.

Due to Tybee COVID-19 Guidelines, the Beachside Colony Pools will be temporarily closed as of April 1st until further notice.
