Located in the heart of Tybee Island, this spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath Ocean View condo will welcome you with open arms! The fully equipped kitchen opens to the living area and offers a nice breakfast bar. You'll enjoy the bright and airy living area with a sofa, which opens into a queen-sized bed for any overnight guests, and dining area for four.

Sliding glass doors lead to a private balcony where you can enjoy the ocean breezes and the park-like atmosphere of the well-maintained grounds of the Beachside Colony. The nicely appointed master bedroom features a comfy king-sized bed, and the large adjoining master bathroom offers guests a large tub and a spacious walk-in shower which is sure to help wind down a long day at the beach.


This condo is located on the second floor of the Tybee Beach Club building of the Beachside Colony complex and includes access to the three pools. Guests will have two covered garage parking spaces, beach access and an on-site restaurant, The Deck. This building is handicap friendly with elevator access. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground for kids, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.


Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity. Pet-friendly with an additional fee.

Due to Tybee COVID-19 Guidelines, the Beachside Colony Pools will be temporarily closed as of April 1st until further notice.
