This nicely furnished condo offers an open floor plan living and dining area with stunning ocean views.

The condo offers an open living room area with ocean views, dining table seating for 4 and bar with seating for 2. The kitchen offers granite counters and all stainless appliances along with a stackable washer and dryer. There is also a queen sleeper sofa, iPod docking station, and a 50-inch flat-screen TV. The balcony located off the living area offers great views of the courtyard, community pools, and ocean. Direct beach access is located just steps away at the pool area which also offers outdoor showers.

The master bedroom offers a King size bed, flat-screen TV and an attached bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and DVD player, and offers access to the second full bath with tub and shower which is also accessible from the hall. WIFI is available.

The building has elevator access and parking for 2 vehicles. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.

Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.
