Guests will also enjoy being within such a close walking distance to a Convenience Store as well as popular local restaurants Sundae Cafe and The Deck which is directly oceanfront.

This home features all new updates throughout the home. Whether you're cooking a large family feast or a quick snack for the beach, the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for all cooking levels. The open concept kitchen and dining areas are perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is stocked with an abundance of cooking utensils for those who love to cook, to make you feel right at home. The all-new kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large breakfast bar with seating for 4, and a farm-style dining table to seat 6 comfortably. Relax in the comfortable living area with plush sofas and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV.

The Master suite is tastefully appointed with a King size bed and offers a large flat-screen TV, and an additional writing desk area, for those looking to connect their personal laptops or devices. The attached master bathroom has a tub and shower combination, and all new fixtures with dual vanities. The two additional guest bedrooms are furnished with a King size bed and a flat-screen TV in the first guest room, the second guest bedroom has a Queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV. The shared guest bathroom is updated with new fixtures, dual vanities, and a walk-in shower.

The Tiki House really comes to life in the bonus sunroom which is a furnished flex space with a Double bed and a bar. Just off the sunroom is a private fenced courtyard that features a hot tub and wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The courtyard is a great entertaining area, with ample patio furniture, and a steel fire pit, and an outdoor dining table that seats up to 6 people. There are also a gas grill, corn-hole boards, and Giant Jenga for hours of outdoor fun. The backyard is fully fenced in for added security.

The home has ample parking for 4 cars and in-home WIFI. The home is located on beautiful 2nd Avenue, which is Tybee Island's Bike path, so be sure to bring your own bicycles, or plan on renting them while visiting - This is the best way to see all of Tybee! This home is not pet-friendly.
