Vacation like a local in this family-friendly, fun home that has a great outdoor space with an optionally heated private saltwater swimming pool, spa and outdoor patio. It is also a great size for families with over 2,300 square feet and many flexible bedding options. Guests will also enjoy the location which is on a great quiet residential street that is within walking distance of the Tybee beach, shopping, restaurants, and back river.

This home is has been beautifully decorated with guests in mind. The main living level of the home features an open living area that overlooks the beautiful kidney shaped pool with a built-in spa. The living room features a large sectional with a built-in Queen sleeper sofa, and a large, 55-inch flat-screen TV. The open dining area has table seating for 8, with a breakfast bar that will seat up to 4, and seating for 2 at the island. There is also a built-in wet-bar. The beautiful open concept kitchen is well appointed and features high-end appliances and a built-in range top on the large center island with a breakfast bar. The screened porch overlooking the pool offers dining seating for 6 with cushioned lounge seating. The main living level Master Bedroom, furnished with a King bed and a Twin size sleeper chair, opens to a charming balcony perfect for a relaxing morning coffee. There is a 47-inch flat-screen smart TV for streaming your favorite entertainment. The Master bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a separate jetted tub and dual vanities.

Upstairs, there are two guest bedrooms. The first is furnished with a King bed and a large flat screen smart TV, the second bedroom is complete with a King bed and a twin daybed with a trundle. There is a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination which is shared with both bedrooms. Also upstairs, there is a large loft area between the two bedrooms. This landing area functions as an additional living and sleeping space. There are a sleeper sofa and a large 55-inch flat-screen tv, and Twin daybed with a trundle. This additional living space gives guests flexible bedding options, making this home a great option for guests traveling with multi-family groups.

The showstopper is downstairs in the pool and patio area. The large salt-water pool and patio will be your favorite living, dining and entertainment space and a brand new outdoor fire pit! Splash away the days in the pool, and relax and unwind in the built-in jetted Spa. Guests can choose to add optional pool/spa heat for an additional cost of $25 per day (not available in January or February).

There is a ring toss to entertain your guests for hours and a large 4 burner gas grill perfect for cookouts. Plus, there is a basketball goal out front. As a bonus, there is a cabana bath - half bathroom - in the garage for use while enjoying the outdoor space. This home is located on a quiet street with minimal traffic. Bring your bicycles, or rent them while you visit. The main beach is about 4 blocks away, and you will be about 4 blocks from the Back River beach, for amazing sunsets and quiet strolls along the shoreline. The property is furnished with a washer and dryer and includes Wifi. This property is pet-friendly for an extra fee. Off-street parking is available for 4 vehicles.
