Three Sisters

Three Sisters is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom single family home with private pool located mid-island on Tybee, just a short 3 block stroll from the beach, shops, and restaurants. Guests will enjoy being in such close proximity to the south-end beach district but still set back in a more residential setting. The home is situated on a corner lot and is also a perfect location from which to take a stroll west around the Back River district of Tybee.

The home features beautiful heart pine floors and a large open kitchen with island and breakfast bar. The dining table seats 6, and the Breakfast bar has bar seating for 6. The living area is open to the kitchen and dining area and features ample seating, a flat-screen TV, an electric fireplace to add a warm glow in winter, and a sleeper sofa. The screened porch on the main level is the perfect place for relaxation and enjoying the island breezes after taking a dip in the pool or enjoying dinner at the outdoor table. There is table seating for up to 6 on the screened porch.

The first Master bedroom is located on the main level and is furnished with a King size bed and has an attached full bath with tub and shower combination. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. The other three bedrooms, including the master, are located on the second floor. Upstairs, the spacious second Master bedroom features a King size bed, a flat-screen TV and a private screened-in porch, perfect for morning coffee breaks. The attached master bathroom has dual vanities, a garden tub, and a large walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and a Flat Screen TV, and the third guest bedroom is furnished with two Double beds and a Flat Screen TV. An additional full guest bathroom with tub and shower is accessible from the hall is also located on this floor.

Outside, relax and enjoy the Tybee sunshine with a fully fenced yard, a great outdoor patio, and a private heated pool. Practice your putt in the backyard on your very own private putting green! The home offers additional amenities including central heating and air, WIFI, outdoor shower (cold only), gas grill and full-size washer/dryer. There is off-street parking available for 4 cars. This home is pet-friendly for an additional fee.

Heated Pool Option: Guests may choose the option of adding pool heat to their reservation for an additional $25.00 per day for the length of reservation. Not available in January and February.
