Located just 1/2 block from Memorial Park which has 2 lighted tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court, picnic areas, YMCA/gym, and a public library. This custom-built home is 3 house back from the beach on a private lane with a beach access path less than 75 yards away and features custom design details like beautiful heart pine floors, granite counters, stainless appliances and upgraded furnishings.


The main living level of the home is on the top (third) floor of this very large townhome. There is a convenient elevator in the garage area that will stop on each floor. The main living level features an open floor plan with tall ceilings. This large open space creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The living area is very comfortably furnished and includes a flat-screen TV and DVD. The kitchen is well appointed and includes a two-person breakfast bar, granite counters, and all stainless appliances. The dining table seats 8, and there is a half bath located in the living room. The top floor balcony is perfect for dining and includes a gas grill and combined table seating for 10. This level also features a spacious Master bedroom with access to the balcony.
