The home is situated with 2 floors of living space above the large garage area. The wrap-around porches on the first and second levels each have a cozy swing bed, perfect for reading a good book while sipping on sweet tea. The warm ocean breezes cool your senses and invite you to sit and stay for a while. The main living level of the home is on the second level of the home. The open plan living, dining, and kitchen have beautiful pine-paneled high-ceilings and tons of natural light. Enjoy a partial ocean view from the living room windows, perfect for a sunrise view over the ocean. The living room is bright and airy with whimsical nautical touches throughout. The open kitchen is perfect for entertaining. There is a large granite counter center island with breakfast bar seating for three. For the chef in the group, enjoy creating culinary delights on the gas range and stainless steel appliances. Your mornings will shine even brighter when you enjoy a freshly brewed cappuccino from the Miele gourmet espresso/cappuccino maker that is available for guests' use.

The Master suite is also on this level. The master bedroom has a King size bed and a large flat-screen Smart TV. The attached bathroom has a large walk-in closet and a large soaking tub with a separate walk-in shower. Downstairs, on the first level, are the three guest bedrooms and an additional living area. The downstairs living area is comfortably furnished and has a large flat-screen TV. Each bedroom has been decorated with a whimsical theme. The first guest bedroom, the Pineapple room, has a Queen size bed and a flat-screen TV. The shared bathroom is located next to the bedroom and has a large bathtub and shower combination. The two additional guest bedrooms share a jack-n-jill bathroom and each has a private vanity and sink in the bedroom. Guest Bedroom #2, The Flamingo, has a King bed and a Smart TV. Guest Bedroom #3, The Seahorse, is also furnished with a King bed and has a flat-screen TV. A good night's sleep will be had by all, with new Memory Foam mattresses in the guest bedrooms.

The treasures of The Nautilus truly lie in the various outdoor spaces of this special home. The outdoor patio gives way to the shimmering in-ground swimming pool. Spend hours lounging by the pool soaking up the delicate rays, or entertain your guests with a backyard bar-b-que cooked on the gas grill. Challenge your group to a game of ping-pong or corn hole. Or simply take a stroll to the beach for hours of sun sand and surf. By day's end, you will spend the evenings swinging on the porches, reminiscing of the good times and great memories that were shared together.

Guests can choose to add optional pool heat for an additional cost of $35 per day (not available in January or February). There is ample parking for up to 5 cars. There is a hot and cold enclosed outdoor shower. In-home high-speed wifi is available. This home is pet-friendly, allowing 1 dog up to 40 pounds, with an additional fee.
