This unique 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo encompasses the entire top floor of a two-unit building. The entrance to this condo is at the top of the unique spiral staircase that leads from the carport area to the entrance of both condos in this building. This property is on the top (second) floor. Check out the amazing view from the top floor landing!

The open floor plan includes a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa and loveseat and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The living room opens up to another ocean view balcony, with great views of the ocean. The dining area has a dining table that seats 4, and additional counter seating for 4, which is open to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and completes the open floor plan by offering a great entertainment space for the whole family.

The first, guest bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and a TV. The second guest bedroom has 2 Double beds and a TV, and the third bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed and a TV. The three bedrooms share the two full bathrooms. The first bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the second bathroom has a fun claw foot tub (no shower). Each bedroom has a TV with cable access.

This vacation home is pet-friendly for your four-legged friends for an additional fee. (Please remember, no dogs are allowed on the beach!) There are 3, covered parking spaces in this building for this unit. Wifi is available. There are a washer and dryer in the unit for guest use.
