The Southern Belle Townhome is a combination rental of all apartments - Garden, Parlor, Terrace, and Skyline. Garden enjoys its own private entrance on the ground level and the other three apartments are accessible through the entrance on the first floor. The Southern Belle Townhome sits on East Taylor Street within a block to Bull Street on Monterey Square. This square's main attraction is perhaps one of the most famous houses in Savannah, the Mercer-Williams House. This home was originally built in 1860 and was finished in 1868. The home was made famous in the 1994 book "The Garden of Good and Evil" which was later turned into a movie, is based on real-life events and people who lived the Mercer Williams House. Just across the square from Mercer House sits Congregation Mickve Israel, one of the few neo-Gothic style synagogues in the United States. The Synagogue was erected in the 1870's and is home to the third-oldest Jewish congregation in America. Both Mercer-Williams House and Mickie Israel offer tours of these beautifully restored buildings.

Southern Belle Garden (Ground Level):
The largest of the apartments, this 1 bedroom 1 bath is over 1350+ square feet and takes up the entire ground level of a beautifully updated Savannah townhome and features refinished hardwood flooring, exposed beams, brick walls and architectural details throughout. The bedroom is furnished with a King size bed, and flat-screen tv, and has privacy doors leading to the living area. The modern kitchen has been completely updated, is fully equipped and features granite countertops. The living room is cozy with brick walls and a decorative fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and a sleeper sofa. French doors lead to your courtyard, perfect for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, or taking in the warm Savannah air on a quiet evening after a day of sightseeing. This apartment is pet-friendly for 1 adult dog with an additional fee.

Southern Belle Parlor (Second Level):
Spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on the second level of this historic townhome. It features beautifully refinished hardwood floors with high ceilings, and architectural details throughout. The living area has a sleeper sofa, and a 55" Smart TV and a decorative fireplace with a TV mounted above. The spacious kitchen has a dining table that seats 4, granite countertops, and all appliances, including a dishwasher. The bedroom is furnished with a King size bed, and a TV, and has privacy doors leading to the living area. The large bathroom has a custom tiled walk-in shower. The outdoor space includes a covered deck, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Southern Belle Terrace (Third Level):
Another spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment also features beautifully refinished hardwood floors with high ceilings, and architectural touches throughout. There is a small terrace on the Monterey Square side that is a great spot for enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The bedroom is furnished with a King size bed, and a TV, and has privacy doors leading to the living area. The living area is comfortably furnished and includes a TV and 2 Twin-sized inflatable beds for extra sleeping. There is a full kitchen including a dishwasher.

Southern Belle Skyline (Forth Level):
This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is located on the top floor of the townhome and offers picture-worthy views of the Savannah skyline. The bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and TV and there are also 2 Twin inflatable beds for extra sleeping. The living room offers a great space to relax and also has a TV. There is a kitchen, no dishwasher.

WIFI is available throughout the home and each apartment includes its own washer and dryer. The occupancy limit for the day and overnight guests are a maximum of 16. Only the garden level and the courtyard is pet-friendly, so please make sure to only allow your dog to enjoy these spaces.

Parking information: Parking for this home is on-street and metered Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Guests are encouraged to either purchase a pre-paid parking pass from the Savannah Visitor Center or park on a nearby non-metered street. Neighborhood street parking spaces have a 2-hour time limit on Taylor Street nearest to the townhome.

Guests will also be located only a short 20-25 minute drive to Tybee Island, Savannah's beach. Come out for a day trip to enjoy the beach, fishing, visiting Ft.
