Seas The Day

Seas The Day is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath single-family vacation home located on the north side of Tybee Island. You will be staying just a couple of doors down from scenic Jaycee Park, which is 8.5 acres and offers playground facilities, walking paths, ball field, basketball courts, and public restrooms. Also, you will be just a short 9-minute walk from the historic Tybee Lighthouse and Museum and access to the ocean side of Tybee's North beach. This beach access location offers visitors to shower and restroom facilities and the famous local restaurant North Beach Grill. The home is also located less than a block from a convenience store, and another popular local restaurant called the 80 East Gastropub.

Seas the Day is a unique A-frame style home that is elevated off the ground and has 2 levels of living space. The main level of the house has an inviting living area with comfortable seating with a sleeper sofa, and a massive 50" flat-screen Smart TV, along with a dining table that can seat up to 8. The kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats 2, all stainless appliances, including a dishwasher, and the home also has a washer and dryer. There is a nice size furnished deck on the front of the house where you can enjoy evening breezes. Just under the home is a covered patio with a gas grill and picnic table, perfect for cookouts. Also, located on the main level is a full bathroom and guest bedroom furnished with a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV.

The second level of the home features the master suite and an additional guest bedroom. The master bedroom has a King bed, and a flat-screen TV, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is an excellent choice for adults or children as it is furnished with a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV. This room also has a twin sleeper chair, to add flexible sleeping space for guests.

Spend time enjoying the outdoor deck that is shaded by the majestic Live Oaktree. There is a gas grill on the deck for cookouts and al-fresco dining on the deck at the outdoor table that seats 6. There is a ground-level outdoor shower with hot and cold water, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. This home is pet-friendly for an additional fee and includes WIFI/Wireless Internet Access for guest use. Parking is available for 4 vehicles or 3 and a boat trailer. (Fireplace is decorative only, not open for guest use.)
