This historic building was built in 1924 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Combined, the property offers 6 bedrooms, 5 baths, 4 kitchens, 4 living rooms, and can sleep up to 20. Located just 4 houses back from the beach and within 2 blocks of restaurants, shops, nightlife, and attractions like the Tybee Island Pier and Marine Science Center.


Top Floor:

Apartment #1- This 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment offers a living area that has ocean views, a 32 inch Flat Screen TV with Satellite TV, DVD, and an iPod docking station with CD and Radio. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and includes table seating for 6. The large master bedroom, located off the living area is furnished with a King bed and has an attached private bath with stand-up shower, no tub. The two guest bedrooms are located down the hall from the kitchen. One guest bedroom is furnished with a Double bed and a 19 inch Flat Screen TV. The second guest bedroom has Twin bunk beds and an additional Twin bed and a flat-screen TV.


Apartment #4- A 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that offers a living area that has a Queen sleeper sofa, a 32 inch Flat Screen TV with Satellite TV, DVD, and an iPod docking station with CD and Radio. The small kitchen is fully equipped (no dishwasher), and there is table seating for 4. The bedroom is located off the living area and is furnished with a Queen bed and 19 inches Flat Screen TV. The bath has a stand-up shower, no tub.

Apartment #2: A 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that offers a living area that has a Queen sleeper sofa, a 32 inch Flat Screen TV with Satellite TV, DVD, and an iPod docking station with CD and Radio. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is table seating for 4. The bedroom is located off the kitchen and is furnished with a King bed, 19 inches Flat Screen TV, and a sitting area. The attached bath has a stand-up shower, no tub. This apartment is pet friendly with approval for dogs weighing under 25 lbs.


Apartment #3: A 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that offers a living area that has a Queen sleeper sofa, a 32 inch Flat Screen TV with Satellite TV, DVD, and an iPod docking station with CD and Radio. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is table seating for 4. The bedroom is located off the kitchen and is furnished with a Queen bed and a Twin Daybed with a Trundle, and 19 inch Flat Screen TV. The attached bath has a stand-up shower, no tub. This apartment is pet friendly with approval for dogs weighing under 25 lbs, with an additional fee.


Shared Amenities: There are two levels of large furnished porches for guests to enjoy the ocean breezes. The top-level porch features a nice ocean view. Rinse off after a day at the beach in one of two enclosed outdoor showers - a great amenity, especially for families. In the backyard, there is a patio with Gas Grill and seating available for guest use and a laundry room. All units feature WIFI access and Satellite TV. Off-street parking is available for 5 vehicles.
