Relax and unwind from morning to night on the wrap-around screened porch. This is the perfect place to gather and breathe in the fresh salt air from the comfort of the private porch. Watch the sunrise from the large open great room with wall to wall sliding doors that open up to the expansive porch. The view is simply spectacular from every corner of the room. If it is beach access you are looking for, the beach boardwalk is just steps from the front door.

Guests will love the openness of the great room from the moment they walk in. The tall ceilings and large glass windows bring the outdoors in. The ocean seems within reach just beyond the natural dunes below. There is not a bad seat in the house, with all the windows that overlook the ocean. The living area has comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, for times when you are actually inside watching TV. The dining table has seating for 6, with 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar that opens from the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a smooth cooktop stove and stainless steel refrigerator.

The three bedrooms on this level are all furnished with King size beds and each has a TV. The Master bedroom has an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet. There are double doors that can be opened up to look out to the living area to enjoy the pristine ocean views from the master bed. The two additional bedrooms on this level share a full bathroom in the hall that has a walk-in shower. Downstairs greets you with a large space that is perfect for a family, or for the older kids to have their own gathering space. The open bonus room is furnished with a sofa and seating around a TV and includes 2 twin beds for additional guests. The fourth private bedroom is also downstairs. It is furnished with a King size bed. There is a half bath with two walk-in shower stalls, downstairs that make it easy to shower after coming in from the beach.

There are charcoal and an outdoor shower outside of the home. Just steps away from the front entrance of the home are the private boardwalk that leads over the dunes to the beach. This public beach access boardwalk brings you safely past the protected, natural dunes of the mid-island. The wide beach of Tybee's Mid-Island is a quiet stretch of white sand beaches surrounded by beautiful natural dunes.
