Sea Breeze is a large 1,780 square foot 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath ocean view townhome conveniently located mid-island, just steps from the beach. You can feel the sea breeze from the dual porches that have a gorgeous view of the Atlantic Ocean. Guests will love to witness beautiful sunrises from the comfort of the Master Suite without even leaving the room, or stroll the beach at sunrise, which is less than 70 yards away.

The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar with seating for 2, a dining area that seats 6 and an open living area with comfortable seating, sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and access to the covered porch which features seating and a gas grill. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer and a half bath on this floor. There are interior stairs that lead you to the ground level where there is a full bath with a large walk-in shower and a covered patio with a hot tub.

On the top floor, there are 3 bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a King bed, flat-screen TV and attached bathroom with walk-in shower. The master also features access to the top floor sun deck which has seating and nice views of the beach and ocean. The first guest room features a King bed and TV, the second features a Queen bed and TV. There also a full bath in the hallway for the guest bedrooms.

This great vacation home has other amenities including a washer and dryer, outdoor shower, gas grill, central air and amazing decks with seating and more. It is also 1.5 blocks from Memorial Park which has two lighted tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court, picnic areas, YMCA/gym, and a public library and beach access are only 70 yards away. Seabreeze is one side of a duplex townhome. This home has parking for 4 cars and is pet-friendly for an additional fee.
