You will be just steps from the Tybee Pier, Marine Science Center, restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean on the private balcony which you can access from both the living room and master bedroom.

Guests will enjoy a well-appointed kitchen, including all appliances and a dishwasher. The living area includes a flat-screen TV and a dining table seating 6. There is additional seating at the breakfast bar for 2. Enjoy the ocean breezes and gorgeous views from your private furnished balcony, which is accessible from the master bedroom and living room. There is also a queen inflatable aero bed for extra sleeping space.


The master is furnished with a King-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The attached master bath has a double sink, whirlpool tub, and shower. One guest bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, and the second has 2 Queen size beds. This property is handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). The building has a private, gated parking garage below the building. Each unit has 2 assigned parking spaces. This condo is pet-friendly, for 1 dog, with an additional fee.

About the Sandpiper Condos: This oceanfront gated condo building is located on the Strand, on the South end of Tybee Island. Situated in the heart of the South end commercial district, just steps from the beach, Tybee Pier, restaurants, and shopping. The Sandpiper Condo building is separated by a public parking lot from the beach and is in-between two popular Tybee restaurants, Fannie's on the Beach and Spanky's Beachside, both sometimes offer live entertainment. The oceanfront units are premier rentals for some of Tybee's events like Pirate Fest, and fireworks show on July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, and New Year's Eve.


NOTE: Larger SUV's may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/ high seasons.
