This condo is handicap friendly as there is an elevator (not ADA compliant). There are 2 reserved parking spaces in the gated lot. Situated in the heart of the South end commercial district, just steps from the beach, Tybee Pier, restaurants, and shopping. The Sandpiper Condo building is separated by a public parking lot from the beach and is in-between two popular Tybee restaurants, Fannies on the Beach and Spanky's Beachside, both sometimes offer live entertainment. The oceanfront units are premier rentals for some of Tybees events like Pirate Fest and fireworks shows on July 3rd, Labor Day Weekend, and New Years Eve.
