Guests will enjoy a well-appointed kitchen including all appliances and a dishwasher. The living area includes a flat-screen TV and a dining table seating 6. There is additional seating at the breakfast bar for 2. Enjoy the ocean breezes and gorgeous views from your private furnished balcony which is accessible from the master bedroom and living room. There is also a queen inflatable aero bed for extra sleeping space.


The master is furnished with a King bed and in the attached master bath you will find a double sink, whirlpool tub, and shower. One guest bedroom has a King-size bed and the second has a 2 Queen-size beds. All bedrooms are furnished with a TV. This property is handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). The building has a private, gated parking garage below the building. Each unit has 2 assigned parking spaces. This condo is pet-friendly, for 1 dog, with an additional fee.

About the Sandpiper Condos: This oceanfront gated condo building is located on the Strand, on the South end of Tybee Island. Situated in the heart of the South end commercial district, just steps from the beach, Tybee Pier, restaurants, and shopping. The Sandpiper Condo building is separated by a public parking lot from the beach and is in-between two popular Tybee restaurants, Fannie's on the Beach and Spanky's Beachside, both sometimes offer live entertainment. The oceanfront units are premier rentals for some of Tybee's events like Pirate Fest and fireworks show on July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, and New Year's Eve.


NOTE: Larger SUV`s may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/ high seasons.
