Palm Palm Cottage

Palm Palm Cottage is an excellent option for your Tybee vacation! The home offers one of the largest private pools on the island, measuring 18ft x 36ft with an extended stair area that doubles as a baby pool. The pool area is fenced and offers furnished patio seating and outdoor showers.


Step into this newly updated, cottage, Circa 1946, and discover a spacious and comfortable living space that is warm and inviting and ready to welcome your family and friends. The living area has a large sectional sofa and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with Roku for streaming your favorite entertainment. The fully stocked eat-in kitchen has a bar with four bar stools and a dining table that will easily seat 10. A pass-through off the kitchen area opens into another dining area for 6. There is one full bath on this level. In addition, an outside entrance takes you to the laundry room and to a separate one-bedroom suite with a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and a full bath with a walk-in shower.


Upstairs gives way to a cheerful sunroom offering a great open feel with lots of light and high ceilings. The sunroom, which runs the length of the home, is furnished with a sleeper sofa and large flat-screen TV with Roku and a wireless Blu-ray player. Located directly off the sunroom are 4 bedrooms. You can access each bedroom directly from the sunroom and they also offer connecting doors. The first King bedroom shares a full bath (tub/shower combo) with the second guest bedroom, which also has a King size bed. Adjoining this bedroom is the third bedroom with 2 Twin Beds. This bedroom has a Jack n Jill bathroom that is shared with the fourth bedroom that has 2 Queen beds. One of the king bedrooms and the bedroom with two queens both offer flat-screen TVs.


Palm Palm Cottage is the second home back from the beach access available on this private lane. This beach access is a walking path over the sand dunes which all of the residents and guests on this lane are welcome to use. Many guests, especially elderly ones and if you are carrying a lot of beach gear, will prefer to use either the 6th or 7th street public beach boardwalks.


Off-street parking is available for 4 vehicles. Wireless Internet is available for guest use. Please note that the pool is closed November 30-March 1.
