The main entrance to the home is met with a covered and screened wrap around porch. The ocean breezes welcome you as you enter the main living quarters of this Historic Tybee cottage, originally built in 1910.


The main floor features a large dining room with seating for eight and a living room with a flat-screen TV and decorative fireplace. The living room has access to the covered porch, which has abundant seating. The cook’s kitchen features a gas stove and an additional beverage center. There is a half bath off the kitchen. Two adjoining Guest bedrooms share a full bath with a Claw-foot tub on this floor. The first Guest bedroom has a queen bed and the second has 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms open onto the wrap around porch, which gives beautiful vistas of the manicured garden and cool ocean breezes.


The second floor of the home impresses guests with a large master bedroom with a King-size bed and a TV, and a private ocean view. The large remodeled master bath boasts a double shower with double sink vanity. The second bedroom on this level has a queen bed and a twin bed and a TV. The Guest bedroom also has access to the Master bathroom on this floor


The ground floor level of this home has two separate bedrooms. The first has a queen bed; the second has two twin beds. The ground level also has a half bath (toilet and sink) and a laundry room, and two separate shower rooms – each with large walk-in showers. There is a ping-pong table, a refrigerator, and a sand play area for kids. The downstairs is sure to please family members of all ages. Outside the home are an outside shower with hot and cold water, a gas grill, and a private walkway to the beach. Enjoy strolling over the boardwalk that passes over the natural dunes to the beautiful Mid Island Tybee beach.


This historic Tybee Island raised cottage is full of unique character and fine details, featuring original hardwood floors, bead-board paneling, and huge windows that open to the screened-in porches. Additionally, the shared bathrooms in the home are split between full and half baths.

Ground Level: Two large shower rooms and a separate half bath are located on this level.
First Floor: Full bath with claw foot tub with handheld shower attachment. A half bathroom is also located on this floor.
Second Floor: Full bathroom with double vanity and large walk-in shower with dual shower heads accessible from the Master bedroom and Guest Bedroom #3 on this floor.
