Mullet Manor is a charming beach cottage and is a great option for your family beach vacation to Tybee Island. Located less than one block to the beach on a private lane with extras like wireless internet, gas grill and ping pong table, and more. In true Tybee cottage character, the main house is located on the second story of the home. This is where you will find the kitchen, living and dining area, three bedrooms and one full and a one-half bath. The shared full bath includes a tub and a separate shower. There is also a half bath located in the bunk room. A furnished sunroom is also located off living area.


The master bedroom is on the main level of the home and is furnished with a King bed and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom on the main level has a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom on this level includes 2 bunk beds, each with 2 twins, a TV, and an attached half bath. On the ground level of the home you will find a bedroom with a Queen bed and a twin bed and TV, and the second bedroom with a twin bed.


The cottage is cute and inviting and will offer guests memorable vacation experience. Your family will also enjoy the extra space under the home. That is where you will find ample seating, a ping pong table, gas, and charcoal grill, along with a full-size washer and dryer. There is also ample parking for up to four vehicles at this home. There is no public beach access on this lane but it is only a short stroll to the 10th street beach crossover - and no worries about traffic because you are beach-side of Butler Avenue!


Please Note: Two of the bedrooms are connected by a Jack and Jill bath with a stand-up shower and are only accessible by going outdoors and under the house. There is no connecting inside staircase. When you go under the home to the grilling and game area there are doors to access each bedroom individually. The upstairs of the home has central air and heat. The downstairs bedrooms share a hotel-style heat/air unit which is located in the queen bedroom. Fireplace on the main level is decorative only.
