Situated on a quiet street in the North End of Tybee you can enjoy a restful vacation experience without giving up convenience. Take an easy stroll up a one-way lane to access the main beach, with no busy roads to cross. Families will also enjoy the easy access to Jaycee Park with its playground and walking trails. Within a 5-10 minute walk, you will also find several shops and dining options.

This home is perfect for two small groups traveling together or large families, as each group will each have their own personal space, but can still be at the same location. This space combines the ground level 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom apartment with the upstairs 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment. Both levels include: living rooms, fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, dining seating for four, and a washer/dryer.

The bottom level of this two story duplex, Miller Lite, includes a screened porch entry, perfect for enjoying morning coffee in the cooler months, and an additional sitting area in the air-conditioned sunroom, perfect for a good book. The comfortable and cozy living area includes a large 50 inch Smart TV and a dining area with seating for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and a 50 inch Smart TV. The second guest bedroom is furnished with 2 Queen Beds and a flat-screen TV. The two bedrooms share a full bath, in the hall that has a tub and shower combination. The half bath is located off the sunroom.

The top-level, Miller High Life, includes a cozy living area with a flat-screen TV and DVD and a dining area with seating for 4. The master bedroom is furnished with a King bed, Twin daybed w/trundle and a flat-screen TV. The master bathroom includes a standing shower and separate soaking tub. The guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen and also has an attached full bathroom. There is also an additional third bath located off the living room.

Outside amenities include a large furnished porch on the front of the home perfect for that morning coffee and a Gas Grill for cookouts. There is complimentary WIFI for guest use. Parking for up to 5 vehicles. This home is pet-friendly, with an additional fee, and includes a fully fenced backyard.
