The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Entertain while cooking with the breakfast bar with seating for 4. The living room has a large flat-screen TV and a sleeper sofa for extra bedding. Enjoy family meals and memories in the Dining room with a large table that seats 8. There is a bonus den which is also comfortably furnished and includes a sleeper sofa. Also, located on this level is a half bath and access to the back deck with stunning views of the lighthouse, gas grill, and nice upholstered seating. The top floor of the home features three guest bedrooms, all with Queen sized beds and each has a flat-screen TV. Two of the guest bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms and access to the top floor furnished balcony with stunning views of the water. Sit out and enjoy watching the large ships traveling to and from the Port of Savannah.


The ground level of the home includes a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment, an exercise room, and a small patio. The apartment includes comfortable furnishings and flatscreen TVs with streaming capability in the living room and bedroom. There is a partial kitchen that includes an under-counter fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and coffeemaker. The bedroom is furnished with a King bed. There is a full bath off of the kitchen with a walk-in shower and a covered front patio with table seating for 2 and an electric grill.
