The living area includes a flat-screen TV and a Queen sleeper sofa. There is a dining table seating up to 4 and additional outdoor seating for 4 on the balcony. The balcony has a partial view of the Bay but is not overlooking the bay. The master bedroom is furnished with a King bed, attached full bathroom with a walk in shower, a flat-screen TV, and has access to the balcony with amazing views. The guest bedroom is furnished with two Twin size beds. The second bathroom is located in the hall just outside the bedroom door and has a tub and shower combination. This condo is a great option for families. There are 2 parking spaces available for this unit. The condo is located on the first floor off the ground level and is accessed by stairs only, as there is no elevator in this building.

Lighthouse Point Condominium is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel. Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, community WIFI access, playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20) and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and museum, and Jaycee Park.


Please note: This condominium complex is still undergoing updates after damage from two consecutive hurricanes. While this building is re-opening to guests, there are other buildings that will still be active construction sites. The pools will remain open for guests of buildings 1 and 2, and there are 2 beach access points open. There is a temporary construction fence blocking a third beach access and the buildings under construction. Please be advised, management will not be able to offer any refunds due to noise, construction or other infringements during your stay.
