The open living area has ample seating, a 42 inch TV with DVD player, access to the balcony, and a dining area with seating for 4. The renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and a cook-top range, and a convection oven/microwave. The in-unit washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen. The master bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed, TV, and has an attached full bath with tub and shower combination and access to the furnished balcony. The guest bedroom is furnished with two twin size beds, and there is also a full guest bath in the hall. The large furnished balcony with seating for four and views of the pools and Tybee Lighthouse.


Extra amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, community pools, private beach access, and more. Two reserved, covered parking spaces available. This vacation home is located on the second floor, guests must use stairs, as there is no elevator in this building.


Lighthouse Point Condominium is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel. Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, community WIFI access, playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20) and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and museum, and Jaycee Park.
