Lighthouse Point 30C is a top floor, ocean-view condo just steps from the beach and community pools of the Lighthouse Point Condominiums. The interior of this ocean view condo features unique natural pine shiplap paneled walls that give a rustic feel to this ocean view condo. The living room is comfortably furnished with a flat-screen TV and opens to the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters and a built-in breakfast bar with seating for 4. The kitchen has all you need for vacation meal planning; there is a drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker to enjoy your coffee at the beach. A full-size washer and dryer are tucked away behind the kitchen pantry door. Enjoy beautiful views of the northern tip of Tybee Island and watch container ships heading into port from the furnished balcony.

Stepping into the master bedroom, guests are greeted with a cozy feel with wood-paneled walls and feature a custom tray ceiling with inset lighting and balcony access. This room is furnished with a King-size bed and a TV and has an ensuite bathroom. The attached full bathroom has a tub and shower combination. The guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and TV. The guest bathroom, adjacent to the guest bedroom has a tub and shower combination, with handrails. This condo is on the third floor of this building, there is an elevator for ease of access.

Lighthouse Point Condominiums is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel. Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20) and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and museum, and Jaycee Park.

Please Note: There are two reserved covered parking spaces in a very narrow parking stall located on the ground level under the building. Large SUV`s and over-sized vehicles may not fit in these spaces.

POOLS: Lighthouse Point pools are open. Limited occupancy and periodic cleaning throughout the day. (Subject to change due to HOA Guidelines).
