Located on the north end of Tybee on a quiet residential street, you will be within 4 blocks to the nearest beach access and walking distance to Tybee Oaks shopping and restaurants.

The three bedrooms, two-bathroom home is built off of the ground and all the living spaces are on one level. The open floor plan inside has high cathedral ceilings and comfortable casual furnishings. The living room sectional sofa creates a cozy living space with a large flat-screen TV and electric fireplace. The dining area has ample seating for 6 at the dining table and 4 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances and charming open cabinetry. The front covered wrap around porch can be accessed from the living room. The deck has comfortable seating and is a great spot to enjoy morning coffee and the Tybee breezes in the evenings.

The Master Bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed and has a flat-screen TV. Plenty of natural light fills the space, the attached Master bathroom has a walk-n shower and has been updated with dual vessel sinks. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed and has a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom, perfect for families with kids, is furnished with 2 twin bunk beds and a flat-screen TV. The bedrooms share a bathroom in the hall that has a tub and shower combination with all new fixtures. The washer and dryer are located in this bathroom as well.

Beneath the home is a bonus screened porch area and covered breezeway that guests will love to relax and enjoy the Tybee breezes. There is a gas grill for cookouts and a picnic table for al-fresco dining. This home is a great option for families traveling with kids and fur-kids! The home is pet-friendly for an additional fee. Wifi is available. The nearest beach access is about 1/2 mile away - about a 9-minute walk. The North Beach has a sandy beach, but no large wave action. The North Beach is considered a bay, it is where the Savannah River meets the ocean. You can watch dolphins at play, shrimp boats, and the large container ships travel to and from the Port of Savannah. The best way to see Tybee is by Bicycle. The home is located directly behind Tim's Bike and Beach Gear, which is your home for bike and beach rentals on Tybee Island.
