Guests will enjoy the large 14' X 25' backyard pool (depths vary from 4' to 5' feet) - great for relaxing and enjoying the Tybee sunshine. This renovated, 5 bedroom beach cottage is perfect for your family vacation with ample space for all including two living spaces and great outdoor spaces! Located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is great for walking and bike riding! Enjoy a convenient location without all the summertime congestion. Just 2 blocks from the Back River beach, 5 blocks to the main beach, and 3 blocks from the Back River Fishing Pier. Close to restaurants, fishing pier, shopping.

The main living level of the cottage is on the second floor, with beautifully finished hardwood floors. The open living area includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen that is open to the dining and living areas. The dining table seats 6 people, with additional breakfast bar seating for 2. The comfortable living area has a 40in Flat Screen TV. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and an attached private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms on this level include a bedroom with a Queen bed and a bedroom with a Twin Daybed with a trundle. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is also a deck that overlooks the backyard pool on this level.

The ground level of this home has an additional Den with a sleeper sofa and a Flat Screen TV. There is a small table, perfect for a game of cards, or family game night. There is a convenient sink and mini-refrigerator and coffee maker here to make mornings a breeze. There are two bedrooms on this level. There is a Master bedroom with a king bed, a 42inch TV, and a private full bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a private full bathroom. There is a screened porch, perfect for afternoons at the beautiful pool.

This home contains many extras including WIFI, Gas Grill, books and games, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a spacious yard, and more! Off-Street Parking for 3. Just Beachy is pet-friendly, with an additional fee. Guests may choose the option of adding pool heat to their reservation for an additional $25.00 per day for the length of reservation. (Not available in January and February).
