High Tide

High Tide is a large 5 bedroom, 4 bathrooms pet-friendly home that is just the second house back from the beach. This is a great mid-island location from which to enjoy your Tybee Island vacation. This home is a wonderful option for larger family vacations or friends getaways thanks to having over 3700 square feet of living space, along with two kitchens and living rooms.


The second floor of this home offers a fantastic open living area with ample lounge seating, large flat-screen TV, and a dining area with combined seating for 11. The fully equipped kitchen features a double oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, and stovetop. There is kitchen counter seating for 4 on a separate island. Also located on this top floor is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a King bed, a decorative fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and an attached private bath with shower and Jacuzzi tub. The first guest bedroom features a King bed. There is a separate guest bathroom located on this floor as well. The second-floor sundeck has lounge seating and a charcoal grill for cookouts.


The first floor of his home offers a second partially equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and dishwasher, an open living area with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, and 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The 3rd guest bedroom features 2 Double beds and the 4th guest bedroom is furnished with 2 Twin beds. The 5th guest bedroom is furnished with a King bed, a separate twin daybed, and a large flat-screen TV. There is an additional sleeping area located in the hallway which features built-in Twin bunk beds. There a full guest bathroom located between the bunk area and the 4th guest bedroom. There is also a patio located off the living area.


High Tide offers additional amenities including complimentary WIFI, central air conditioning/heat, washer and dryer, large outdoor deck and patio, charcoal grill, outdoor shower, an extra sleeping space with bunk beds, and 2 kitchens and living areas.


There is parking for 4 cars. This home is pet-friendly with advance approval and additional fee.
