Habersham #3 is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath apartment and is located on the third and fourth floors of the home. On the main floor, there is a combined living room /kitchen/ dining room with a Queen sleeper sofa, dining area with pub table plus 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar, fully equipped kitchen, HD-TV and Blu-ray player in the living room. Just off the living area is the First Guest Bedroom, furnished with a Queen size bed and a flat-screen TV. There is a full bath with shower/tub in the hall. The large master bedroom is beautifully appointed with a King Size Bed and a Flat Screen TV. The attached master bathroom features double vanities and shower/tub combo. Also on this level is a large covered balcony furnished to comfortably seat 10 people. The top floor of the home, the finished attic, complete with dormers and multiple ceiling angles. The bedroom offers a seating area with a double sleeper sofa, HDTV, a King size bed, and a half bathroom (sink/toilet).

Guest parking (off-street) for 1 vehicle is available behind the building. Fireplaces are sealed and non-working, but they add to the ambiance!
