The Beachside Colony Resort has three pools, including 1 heated pool and a popular beachfront restaurant, The Deck Beach Bar and Kitchen.

The kitchen has been updated and has all new appliances, and fixtures and includes a stacked washer and dryer.

The renovated master suite is furnished with a King and has an attached bath with a walk-in shower with beautiful tile and a corner seat. The two guest bedrooms are furnished with a Queen size bed in one and 2 twins in the second. Each bedroom includes a TV/DVD. The all-new, beautiful hall bathroom features wave tile in the tub/shower combination. You will know you are at the beach!

WIFI/High-speed internet access is available for guest use in this condo. Walking distance to restaurants, library, YMCA, and Memorial Park. Parking for 2. NOTE: Larger SUV`s may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/ high seasons.


Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.

Due to Tybee COVID-19 Guidelines, the Beachside Colony Pools will be temporarily closed as of April 1st until further notice.
