The outdoor pool and patio area feature an optionally heated 14ft X 33ft, up to 6ft 3in deep, lagoon-style pool with an attached jetted overflow spa. The outdoor space is beautifully designed and has an all-new brick paver patio and a fully enclosed outdoor shower. Take a dip in the pool by day, and relax in the spa by night.

Enter the home through the screened-in front porch that overlooks the swimming pool below. The main level living area features a large sectional sofa and 55-inch flat-screen TV, and a dining table that seats up to 6. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a professional-grade gas cooktop range and oven and new appliances and breakfast bar seating for 4. The main level bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and has access to the first-floor bathroom, with all new walk-in shower, that is also accessible from the hallway.

The remaining bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. The Master bedroom overlooks the expansive Jaycee Park and is furnished with a King size bed. The attached ensuite bathroom has all new fixtures plus a brand new custom tiled walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom on this floor is furnished with a Queen size bed, and the second bedroom is furnished with a Twin over Double bunk bed and also has a TV. The bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

Spend hours lounging by the pool soaking up the sunshine, or entertain your guests with a backyard bar-b-que cooked on the charcoal grill. Or simply take a stroll to the beach for hours of sun, sand, and surf. By day's end, you will love to spend the evenings on the screened porch, reminiscing of the good times and great memories that were shared together. We recommend guests use the beach access located at the North Beach parking lot which is located by The Tybee Lighthouse and only a 6-8 minute walk from the home and offers public restrooms and shower facilities.

There is ample parking for up to 4 cars. There is a hot and cold enclosed outdoor shower. In-home high-speed wifi is available. This home is not pet-friendly.

Heated Pool/Spa Option: Guests may choose the option of adding pool/spa heat to their reservation for an additional $35.00 per day for the length of reservation. Not available in January and February.
