Dune Our Thing

Dune Our Thing is the perfect cottage for a family trip to the beach! You can be "Dune Your Thing" in this cozy 4 bedroom, a single-family cottage that sleeps up to 8 guests. Travelers will enjoy the central location which is only 200 yards from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Memorial Park, playground, and the public library.

The home has been newly renovated. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and a custom-built bar top with seating for 4. The cozy living area has a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV and ample seating. The master bedroom is just off the kitchen features a King size bed, private en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower combination, and a flat-screen TV.

Three additional guest bedrooms are located just down the hallway off the living room. Guest bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, Guest bedroom 2 has a double bed, and Guest bedroom 3 has two twin beds. Each guest bedroom and a flat-screen TV and they share the guest bathroom with a tub and shower combination. There is a stacked washer and dryer for guest use.

The large covered front porch is great for relaxing at the end of a fun-filled day at the beach! The outdoor area features a dining table seating 6, a pub table for 2 and a lovely handcrafted outdoor sofa. Get ready to make smores on the fire pit and enjoy your time on Tybee! This home is pet-friendly for an additional fee. High-speed internet and WIFI are provided for guests. Parking for up to 3 vehicles.
