The master suite has a large private screened porch, sitting area, and flat-screen HDTV. Master bath is very spacious and has a whirlpool tub, shower, and large double vanity. Wireless high-speed Internet (WIFI) service, stereo system and flat-screen HDTVs with cable in the living room and in 3 bedrooms.

This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, less than 1/4 mile to south beach on 14th St. About a 7-minute walk to the beach, Back River, fishing, the pier, restaurants, shopping and more! Parking for 4 cars (2 in driveway and 2 in the garage). Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant).
