Doc House is one of the most beautiful locations on Tybee Island! This four-bedroom, three and a half bath home is right on the water with a private over-water gazebo! Take in gorgeous views of Little Tybee Island and the sunsets over the Back River. Spend your time watching dolphins swim by. Tybee`s main beach, restaurants, and shops are located only a short walk away. The back river fishing pier and back river beach are located just 2 blocks away. Back River Beach, is the perfect point to start a kayaking adventure to Little Tybee Island.

The first level of this home has been completely renovated, including all new flooring throughout, and all new kitchen including new granite countertops and custom cabinetry. The home has been professionally decorated, has a semi-open floor plan perfect for families. On one side is the living area which is nicely furnished and includes a 55-inch flat-screen TV with a wireless Blu-ray player and a table for 4 which is perfect for games. On the other side of this level is the open kitchen and dining area with a table seating up to 10 and a breakfast bar with 3 stools. The kitchen has been completely renovated and is fully equipped with everything you will need to entertain your guests during your stay. All new countertops, cabinets and stainless steel appliances will enhance each and every stay. Located just off the kitchen is access to the furnished screened porch, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the seabirds and dolphin play in the river. There is a half bath with single vanity and also a separate shower room located on the ground floor, as well as a high-efficiency washer and dryer for guest use.

The upstairs features all 4 bedrooms. Two King bedrooms have access to the top-level balcony which features beautiful sunset views over the back river. One of the King bedrooms features a 32in flat-screen TV/DVD. There is a full bath in the hall. The 3rd bedroom, furnished with 2 Queens, has a 32in flat-screen TV and DVD. The 4th bedroom is furnished with a King bed and a 26in flat-screen TV with DVD. Both of these two bedrooms adjoin to half bathrooms with a shower room connecting them.

Guests will enjoy hours of entertainment in the enclosed garage, which has been converted to a game room! The new game room has a Queen-sized sleeper sofa, a 47-inch Flat-screen TV, and an air hockey table, perfect for great family game nights! Enjoy open-air dining and relaxing under the moon in the gazebo over the water just behind the home. Spend hours listening to the water below and watching dolphin and wildlife play in the river.

There is parking for up to 4 vehicles. Wireless internet is included for guest use. This home is not pet-friendly. Although there is no access for boats over the water gazebo is a great place to enjoy Tybee's beautiful back river.
