Colony 232B

Colony 232B is located in the 'Vue' Building at the popular Beachside Colony resort. This community offers three pools with direct beach access, off-street parking for 1, and an on-site restaurant, the Deck. Also, you will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.


Colony 232B - is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo includes a full kitchen with breakfast bar seating two, dishwasher, and front-loading washer and dryer. The living room offers a large 60-inch flat-screen TV and a full-size sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. There are tile floors throughout the condo and bedroom is comfortably furnished with a King bed and flat-screen TV. The bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. While there is no private outdoor space included with your condo or a view, you will enjoy all of the benefits and amenities available at Beachside Colony, including the pools, an onsite restaurant, and beach access. This condo is located about 200 steps from the beach - enjoy easy beach access at an economical price.


Guests staying at the Colony will have 1 (unreserved) parking space and will receive a parking pass to display in their vehicles upon check-in. The buildings are equipped with elevators. WiFi is available for guest use. This condo has an adjoining 1 Bedroom unit that can be combined with 232B, for guests needing more space. This property is not pet-friendly. Please note: The bedroom in 232B does not have a window.


Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.

Due to Tybee COVID-19 Guidelines, the Beachside Colony Pools will be temporarily closed as of April 1st until further notice.
