The large dining table seats up to 8. The furnished deck also includes a gas grill, ready for use.

The main level has one guest bedroom with a Queen size bed and attached bathroom that is also accessed through the hall. Upstairs, on the third floor are three additional bedrooms, including the Master Suite. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, and TV and an attached bathroom with dual vanities and a custom tile shower with dual showerheads. The master bedroom features French Doors leading to the private balcony with seating that also looks into the majestic oak tree, making it feel like a private treetop oasis. Guest bedroom 2, on this level also has a King size bed and a TV, and an attached balcony on the opposite side of the home, perfect for enjoying the warm sunshine in the day, and cool air by night. There is an attached bathroom which is also accessed in the hallway. Guest Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed and a flat-screen TV. There are a washer and dryer in the hall on this level.

Coastal Livin is about a block and a half away from the nearest public beach access down 13th Street. The Tybee Pier and Pavillion and the Tybee Marine Science Center are located within walking distance down the beach. Guests will also be located near great Tybee restaurants and nightlife. Coastal Livin is a great option to enjoy all the comforts of a brand new, custom-built and designed home while being close enough to the activity of the South end of Tybee.
