You will enjoy quiet seclusion, fishing, excellent bird watching, and the ability to launch your kayak(s). Unwind with a good book on the porch swing overlooking the creek. Inside the home, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room has a flat-screen TV and a sleeper sofa, for additional sleeping. The kitchen is fully equipped. The first bedroom is furnished with a King bed and a flat-screen Smart TV, the second bedroom has a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV. There are two bathrooms, and a full-size washer and dryer for guest use in the home.

Enjoy outdoor dining and entertaining on the property in the separate screened and covered grilling patio with a gas grill and seating for 6. This is perfect for outdoor dining and cookouts while visiting! Watch the sunset from the private dock.
