Walk to your favorite local restaurants and to the beach and Tybee's Pier & Pavilion. Enjoy the roof-top pool for a quick dip or, take a short walk to the ocean for some beach and wave action.

Located on the second floor, there is an elevator from the covered private parking garage. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner condo, facing Butler Avenue, is beautifully decorated. The open plan living area is comfortably furnished with a Queen size sleeper sofa and loveseat and a 48 inch flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter-tops and stainless appliances, a Keurig and standard coffeemaker to brew a fresh cup of coffee and breakfast bar with seating for 3 - making it a perfect space to start your day. The dining table has seating for 2. The adjacent sunroom has an additional sleeper sofa and an additional TV. The bonus sunroom has pocket sliding doors to add a bit of privacy to this space. The balcony faces east, perfect for catching the sunrise or enjoying the Tybee breezes in the evening.

The Master bedroom has a King Size bed, TV, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanities. The guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed and TV. The adjoining guest bathroom has a tub and shower combination. The guest suite can be closed off from the hall, which provides an added sense of privacy for guests.

Local favorite restaurants, Sting-Rays, is on the same side of the street on the same block, and for breakfast, be sure to try The Breakfast Club or Sunrise, both just a short distance away. This condo is a great spot to stay during local events, including parade view for the Tybee Island Pirate Fest and Beach Bum Parade.

Reserved garage parking for 2 cars (Oversized SUVs and Trucks may not fit.) High-speed Internet/WIFI is available for guest use. Handicap friendly (elevator building). The shared rooftop pool has a 3 1/2 foot depth. The Captains Watch rooftop pool is open. Guests are asked to adhere to all posted signage regarding pool safety and social distancing.
