Butler Beach Cottage is a historic home that is rich with character but still offers all modern comforts and a wonderful welcoming feel. Guests will love the large wrap-around screened porch which is well furnished with comfortable lounge seating and dining space for 8. The home is considered a raised cottage and offers all living spaces, one full bath, one-half bath and two bedrooms on the upper floor. One bedroom is furnished with a King and the other with 2 Queens and a 32in flat-screen TV. The living area has a Queen sleeper sofa and for entertainment a 42in flat-screen TV and Bluray player.
Below the cottage, tucked behind the gated doors, you will find the remaining 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. As common in this era of construction, these living quarters are detached with no interior connecting stairs. The first bedroom on the ground level has a Queen size bed and a TV, the second bedroom is furnished with 2 double beds and has a connected half bathroom. In the covered patio area, guests will enjoy a Ping-Pong table, corn hole boards, a table for 6, and additional seating. It is a great space to just hang out and relax! Located just outside are a charcoal grill and an outdoor shower. Also, located in this space is a half bath and full-size washer and dryer. Both bedrooms are accessible through individual doors. The two bedrooms include one with 2 Double Beds, and the second has a Queen bed and includes an attached full bath and 32in flat-screen TV.
