Brass Rail 209 is located in a Mediterranean style luxury condo community on the south end of Tybee Island in a gated community, just 30 yards to the main beach. Within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the Tybee Pier and more! Community amenities include a private community pool, an outdoor hot tub that is heated year-round, and a community picnic area.

Brass Rail 209 offers guests a premium vacation experience offering bamboo floors, ceramic tile, granite countertops, custom cabinetry and stainless appliances in the kitchen. In the living room, there is a 46-inch flat-screen TV with a wireless BluRay player which is NetFlix capable to enjoy streaming movies. Located right off the living area is your nicely furnished pool view balcony; great for relaxation.

The spacious master suite has a King-sized bed with a 37-inch flat-screen TV, DVD player, balcony access, and an attached master bath with a separate shower and whirlpool tub. One guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen and a set of Twin Bunks. The second guest bedroom has a Queen; both bedrooms are furnished with flat-screen TVs. There is a full bath in the hall that the guest bedrooms share along with an additional half bath. There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area for extra sleeping. Guests enjoy added conveniences such as elevator, in-unit washer and dryer, security gate entry, and covered garage parking for 2 vehicles.

NOTE: Parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including both pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.
