Brass Rail Condos are Mediterranean style gated condo community on the south end of Tybee Island. Brass Rail 108 is located only 30 yards to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the pier and more. Community amenities include a private community pool, an outdoor hot tub that is heated year-round, and a community picnic area.

Brass Rail 108 is a first floor, corner unit featuring a large private patio with a covered seating area and lots of extra space for sunbathing. The patio is nicely furnished with a gas grill, seating for 8, and 4 lounge chairs. This property has bamboo floors and ceramic tile throughout the home. The kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and stainless appliances. Enjoy entertaining guests and cooking meals in the beautiful kitchen. There are a full-size washer and dryer. The spacious master bath features a whirlpool tub and a separate walk-in shower. The two guest rooms share a full bath in the hall. The first guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, the second has two twin beds, one with a trundle too! There is a guest half bath just off the kitchen.

Private parking is available for 2 vehicles, below the building with access to an elevator. Wireless internet is available for guest convenience.

NOTE: Parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including both pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.
