Beach and Racquet B311 is a third (top) floor beachfront condo at the Savannah Beach and Racquet Club on the quiet North end of Tybee Island. Enjoy unobstructed views of the bay, ships, shrimp boats and dolphins from your private furnished balcony. The condo underwent updates in April 2015 and will offer guests an overall wonderful experience for their stay. New laminate wood flooring, paint throughout, as well has updated furnishings and decor. This is a great location just a short stroll down to the community pool and beach access! Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.


This property has an updated partial kitchen and a breakfast bar seating two. The kitchen features an under counter fridge, convection toaster oven, covered electric skillet, hot water kettle, Keurig, and standard coffee maker. There is no oven, stove-top or dishwasher, however, we have taken great care that everything is set-up to accommodate guests. There is a Queen bed and TV in the bedroom, 1 built-in hallway bunk for a child and a sleeper sofa in the living area. There is also a 42in flat-screen TV in the living area. This condo will sleep up to 4 comfortably. This condo offers in-unit high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant).

About the Savannah Beach and Racquet Club

Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14x20 pool and 10x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Beach and Racquet office, and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building.
