Beach and Racquet B208 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, beachfront condo with stunning views of the Savannah River from the second-floor corner balcony. Located at the Savannah Beach and Racquet Club, enjoy fabulous views of the River, giant container ships, shrimp boats and a plethora of dolphins from the comfort of your furnished private balcony. Enjoy being just a few short steps from the community pool and the beach, where you can stroll the beach while collecting seashells on the shoreline.

The open plan condo includes a comfortable living area that features a casual living area with a sleeper sofa and a 50-inch Smart-TV. The updated kitchen features granite countertops and includes a full-size stove, oven and a dishwasher to make cleanup a breeze. The dining table has seating for 4. The bedroom is a room with a view! The room is furnished with a Queen-size bed and a 32 inch flat-screen TV. The full bathroom has a tub and shower combination. There are 2 kid-sized bunks in the hall.

Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14x20 pool and 10x10 kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Beach & Racquet Club office, community grills, and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building (there is no washer/dryer inside this condo).

This building includes an elevator. (handicap friendly elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for 1 vehicle, unassigned parking only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.
