The condo is located in the Beachside Colony Resort complex which offers three community pools one of which is heated, direct beach access, and an on-site restaurant, The Deck.

The living room at Beach House 442 is comfortably furnished, offers spectacular views, access to the covered balcony, a Flat Screen TV with DVD player, and a Queen sleeper sofa. The dining table seats 4 and the fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for 2. There is a full-size stackable washer and dryer located off the hall along with a full bath for guests to use. This condo has everything you need to relax on your beach vacation.

This is a great spot for 2 couples or traveling families. The master bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and offers its own private balcony with ocean views. The adjoining master bathroom has a shower/ tub combination. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and a hall bath with a walk-in shower.

For groups traveling together, consider combining Beach House 442 with Beach House 432, directly below, for a combined occupancy of 12 guests.

There is an elevator conveniently located in this building close to the condo and stairs are also nearby. This condo is pet-friendly with an additional fee. (Please remember, Tybee Island does not allow dogs on the beach.) You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring the playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.

This condo has wireless internet for guest use. There is onsite parking for 2 vehicles. NOTE: Larger SUV`s may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/ high seasons. Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.

Due to Tybee COVID-19 Guidelines, the Beachside Colony Pools will be temporarily closed as of April 1st until further notice.
